Refund policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase and we were not able to resolve your complaint, you may return your Histo-kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund- no questions asked.

To qualify for a return:

● Items must be unused and in their original condition
● Include all components and packaging
● Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)

Return Process:

1. Email support@histolabkit.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and shipping address
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error on our end.
